Some IP addresses and subscribers' particulars have been stored in a database and each visitor's IP is checked against the database. If it exists his subscription details are shown to him otherwise he gets a message 'Sorry ...., you dont belong here!
As your IP address has not been included you will first get the Sorry... message. In order for your IP address to be acceptable you will have to add it to the database using 'http://mayorspecco.com/AutoAccessByIP/IPAccessForm.htm'. Just change the IP 0.0.0.0 to your own and submit. Then visit the site again (press 'Refresh' if necessary for the script to use the updated database). Hurray !
